What is planned?

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/2963 - Anfield Stadium Anfield Road (4) Applicant Mr Andy Hughes. Section 73 planning application to vary condition 3 attached to planning reference 20F/3090 (To extend the Anfield Road Stand, following partial demolition, to provide up to 7,000 additional seats and internal facilities including general admission concourses, hospitality lounges, a family fan zone, club offices, staff facilities and plant and equipment; with associated public realm; lighting; landscaping and associated infrastructure; and to use the stadium for other team sporting events, and to host up to 6 major events per annum, for up to 5 years) so as to allow major events in the month of July and to amend the associated legal agreement to allow for the new private highway to be closed to vehicles at all times

26F/1027 - 11 South Drive (15) Applicant Mr John Massie. To replace existing windows and doors.

26DIS/1023 - 25-26 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Mike O'Dwyer. To discharge condition 3 (materials) attached to planning reference 25L/3088.

26DIS/1024 - 28 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Mike O'Dwyer. To discharge condition 3 (materials) attached to planning reference 25L/3094.

26F/0945 - 30-32 Bold Street (1) Applicant Mr Jamie Motlagh, JSM Company Group. To change use of all upper floors (Use Class E) and convert to 12 no. serviced apartments (Use Class C3).

26DIS/1014 - 16 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Mike O'Dwyer. To discharge condition 3 (materials) attached to planning reference 25L/3086.

26DIS/1009 - 14 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Mike O'Dwyer, Onward. To discharge condition 3 (materials) attached to planning reference 25L/3092.

26F/0957 & 26L/0994 - Watchmakers Building, 60 Seel Street and 30 Slater Street (1) Applicant Gavin Stamper, Seel Street Estates LLP. To use first and second floors as 2 no. 6 bed HMO flats (Use Class C4), carry out loft conversion and use third floor as a 1 bed flat (Use Class C3). To erect single storey extension to the south west elevation to provide side entrance to the residential apartments from Slater Street and carry out associated internal and external alterations.

26F/0818 - Land at Rose Place (3) Applicant Steve Woods, SW Properties (NW) Ltd. Redevelopment of site comprising the demolition of existing buildings and erect part 6 storey/part 5 storey purpose built student accommodation development (103 studios) with ancillary accommodation, including gym and co-working space, cycle storage and associated external works.

26F/0237 & 26L/0238 - 41 Waterloo Warehouse, Waterloo Road (3) Applicant Mr Rajesh Sharma. To replace existing windows with timber abodo double glazed windows.

26F/0879 - City Quay, Adler Way Off Ellerman Road (3) Applicant Leanne Hayden, City Quay Management (2001) Company Limited c/o Berkeley Shaw Real Estate. To carry out fire protection remedial works to six storey residential building (cladding to external finish).

Any comments you want to make must be received by 30th April 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
