Application Ref: 143764/ FO/2025 - Appeal Ref: 6006699 Proposed Development: Change of use of land to form private garden area together with installation of 1.9m high boundary fence and erection of rear bay window at ground and first floor level, garage conversion and front extension, wrap around canopy roof and dormer.
