Proposed development at: 2 Finney Drive, Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, Manchester, M21 9DS Take notice that an appeal has been made by: Mr Mark Thorp To the Secretary of State against the failure of Manchester City Council to give notice of a decision within the prescribed period. Application Ref: 143764/ FO/2025 - Appeal Ref: 6006699 Proposed Development: Change of use of land to form private garden area together with installation of 1.9m high boundary fence and erection of rear bay window at ground and first floor level, garage conversion and front extension, wrap around canopy roof and dormer. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to: The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN Or via the Planning Inspectorate’s online portal. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
