Allstone Glasgow Ltd, the prospective applicant, hereby gives notice of a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be undertaken in advance of the submission of a planning application to East Dunbartonshire Council for a prospective development comprising a golf driving range, short tennis and tennis courts, café, pro shop, and changing facilities, car park and access, ground re-modelling, related infrastructure, and landscaping.
Site Location: Portcullis Estate, Milton of Campsie, Glasgow, G66 8AQ
A public event, which will include a presentation of the prospective development, and opportunity for public discussion with the prospective applicant, is to be held on the 15th of April 2026 4pm to 8pm, and 6th of May 4pm to 8pm, at Milton of Campsie Village Hall.

Any persons wishing to submit comments should submit these to the prospective applicant in writing c/o Paul Houghton, Houghton Planning Ltd. These comments must be submitted no later than 27th May 2026.
Persons submitting comments in response to PAC are advised that comments submitted to the prospective applicant at this time are not representations to the planning authority. If the prospective applicant submits a formal application for planning permission, then there will be an opportunity to submit representations to East Dunbartonshire Council as the planning authority at that time.
