LAND ADJACENT TO 45 WILTON AVENUE, BRADLEY, HUDDERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of land adjacent to 45 Wilton Avenue, Bradley, Huddersfield HD2 1RS that may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H26-03), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 21st April 2026, giving full reasons for such objection.
