Application affects the Setting of a Conservation Area
26/P/0572/FUH - Proposed erection of a two-storey side extension with rear balcony and infill entryway extension. Thermal upgrade of existing dwelling, including replacement of existing roof with new including the installation of rooflights and P.V panels. Fenestration and finishing alterations alongside the siting of an air-source heat pump. Landscaping alterations including the creation of a side terrace at 43A Nore Road, Portishead.
26/P/0449/FUH - Demolition of the existing shed and existing front porch and proposed erection of a first-floor front extension and two-storey side extension, with a new single-storey entrance porch, alterations to existing external openings, and internal re-configurations at 3 Rushmoor Grove, Backwell.

26/P/0557/FUL and 26/P/0558/LBC - Demolition of the existing extensions and outbuildings, and the proposed erection of replacement extensions incorporating ramped access and associated internal alterations. Erection of 4no. serviced accommodation/holiday let units. Regularisation of the existing car parking layout, together with the provision of cycle and refuse storage facilities and associated landscaping works at White Hart Inn, Clevedon Road, Weston-in-Gordano.

26/P/0587/S73 - Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Plans) and condition 4 (Materials) attached to permission 24/P/0574/FUH (Proposed erection of a single storey GF extension, a two storey porch extension, canopy porch and creation of 2no. gables to the front elevation (north east elevation), to include the infill of existing balcony and fenestration alterations to all elevations including the removal, replacement and installation of windows) Condition 2: to allow for amendments to the first floor fenestration and a reduction to the approved second storey porch extension and amendment to the approved floor plans.
