Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Public Inquiry into the following planning application:
Proposal: Outline planning application for up to 300 residential dwellings, associated access, rail station car park, green infrastructure and sustainable drainage systems (all matters reserved except for access).
Location: Land off Longsight Road Langho bounded by the railway, Northcote Park and Wildmans Farm, Langho, BB6 8AD.
Application Reference: 3/2025/0196
Planning Inspectorate Reference: 6002485
The inquiry will commence at 10.00am on 28th April 2026 in the Council Chamber, 13 Church Street, Clitheroe, BB7 2DD and is scheduled to last 7 days. (28th April – 1st May and 6th May – 8th May)

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
