TWC/2026/0209 – 20 Market Street, Wellington – Change of use and conversion of 1no. commercial unit to 1no. residential dwelling
TWC/2026/0227 – The Hazie Hill Cottage, Coalport Road, Madeley - Installation of new fencing and gates around the boundary

and need to be received by 23 April 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
