50 Station Road, Marlow Single storey side and rear extensions following demolition of an outbuilding; replacement shed and glass balustrade to the first floor balcony; replacement of two dormers with one new dormer; one new and one replacement roof window and 1.5 metre fence and gate in the front/side garden.

Major Development

Land at Butlers Field, Denham Lane, Chalfont St Peter Hybrid Planning Application comprising full application for vehicular and pedestrian access from Denham Lane and spine road, and outline application with all matters reserved for erection of up to 60 residential dwellings including at least 50% affordable housing (Class C3) and associated soft and hard landscaping, enhancements to existing site access on Denham Lane and associated infrastructure.
