A Planning Application Ref No: CB/25/02764/FULL received on 01 September 2025, for Installation of a BT Street Hub Unit with associated advertisement panels on either side of the unit and removal of existing phone box at Footpath outside 11 and 13, High Street North, Dunstable LU6 1HY was submitted on behalf of BT Group Plc.

The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. The procedure to be followed is set out in Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) Regulations 2009, as amended.
