The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 17 April 2026 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

MELKSHAM PL/2026/01035 – Avonside Enterprise Park, New Broughton Rd, External alterations & works;

SOUTH WRAXALL PL/2026/01688 – April Cottage, 64 Upper South Wraxall, Internal refurbishment, replacement of rooflights & installation of extract vents;

SOUTHWICK PL/2026/01383 – Land off Blind Lane, 90 dwellings with new access from Blind Lane & associated works;

TROWBRIDGE PL/2026/01506 & PL/2026/01794 – Southview Farm, Drynham Road, Children’s nursery with associated works; new access & parking area to Southview Farmhouse, rear conservatory & associated works; internal & external alterations to farmhouse;

WARMINSTER PL/2026/01621 – Bugley Barton Farm, Victoria Road, Modify Section 106 Legal Agreement;
