NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

P26/0242 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 13 (Restriction on hours of operation) of Planning Permission P24/0756, to allow operation between the hours of 06.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday; 06.00 to 14.00 on Saturdays, with the exception of emergency operations that will be executed by a skeleton crew outside of these hours; 06.00 to 22.00 on selected Sundays and Bank Holidays with the exception of emergency operations that will be executed by a skeleton crew out of these hours. Such operations include loading, unloading and general warehouse activities, including deliveries and forklift truck movements to the warehouse and associated haulage yard. This condition will not apply to loaded vehicles leaving the site between 22.00 to 06.00 hours. Vehicles leaving the site between 22.00 to 06.00 hours will not carry out any reversing manoeuvrers and will only use forward gear to depart the site at Hayley Group PLC (Site 3), Shelah Road, Halesowen, B63 3XL.
