NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land to the west of Tower Street and to the south of Clarence Street, Hull, HU9 1TY

Take notice that application is being made by: ECF (General Partner) Ltd

For planning permission to: Hybrid planning application for a phased development comprising: 1) the demolition of existing buildings and structures within the site and site preparatory works; 2) detailed planning permission for the erection of 115 dwellings (Use Class C3), 363sqm of commercial and community uses (Use Class E and F2b), the construction of a new river wall and river walkway, and associated means of access, parking, landscaping and other associated infrastructure works; 3) outline permission with all matters reserved for a mixed use development comprising the erection of 735 dwellings and up to 1,930sqm of commercial and community uses (Use Class E and F2b), new areas of public open space, other hard and soft landscaping and other associated infrastructure and engineering works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Kingston Upon Hull City Council
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. 

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
