Application affects the Setting of a Listed Building
26/P/0510/FUH - Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension replacement of the existing deteriorated windows with new flush timber casement windows with leaded lights. Widening of the existing driveway to improve access including partial demolition of the existing stone walling at Old Farm Cottage, Clevedon Lane, Clapton-in-Gordano.

26/P/0527/FUH - Proposed conversion of existing garage to form liveable space and erection of a single-storey rear extension. Expansion of existing raised rear terrace and front hardstanding at 4 Manor Court Backwell.
26/P/0545/FUH - Proposed installation of an Air Source Heat Pump to the side elevation at 23A Hill Road, Clevedon.
26/P/0554/FUH - Proposed new loft conversion with the installation of 3 new dormer windows to the rear elevations and conservation roof lights to the front elevation. Installation of new bi fold doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level to replace existing windows and replacement of the single pane windows to be replaced with new UPVC windows and associated works at Bracken Lodge, Church Lane, Backwell.
