1. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Application to determine if prior
approval is required for the change of use to convert the existing lower ground floor into self-contained flat. Maitreya Buddhist Centre, 13 Sea Road, Bexhill. RR/2026/0296/PN3.
2. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Erection of single storey side extension ,
including removal of existing side extension and alterations to existing single garage. Hiham Plat, Hiham Green, Winchelsea. RR/2026/0181/HOU
3. Outline application with all matters reserved except access for the erection of up to 12 dwellings and construction of access to serve the site. Village Hall – Land north of Churchill Farm, The Street, Sedlescombe. RR/2025/1583/P.

5. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Replacement of modern sheet roof covering on outbuilding with natural slate, removal of composite slate tiles to garage roof and replacement with plain clay tiles, alterations to existing and modern garage to provide 1no. double door access (rather than 2no single doors) including removal of central pier, construction of new wall to enclose front paved area to house and formation of 2no pedestrian accesses in existing stone garden walls including new gates. 6. Rye Conservation Area. Change of use of lower ground (rear), ground (rear), first and second floors from care home (Class C2) to hotel (Class C1) to create 13no. hotel rooms. 7. Creation of a vent to the outside rear wall of the 20th century kitchen extension to Evens, for the purpose of installing a new gas boiler. Evens, Rectory Lane, Winchelsea. RR/2026/0103/LBC
8. Affects the setting of a listed building. Installation of two electric vehicle
charging stations and feeder pillar and associated underground cabling.

9. Partial change of use: first floor converted from office to residential. Rear room of ground floor converted from shop to residential. Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 above.
