NOTICE UNDER ARTICLES 15(1A) and 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at Development Site West of Tylers Close and Fosterdown, Tylers Close, Godstone, Surrey, RH9 8AN.
I give notice that Storey Property Developments Limited is applying to Tandridge District Council for outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access for up to 250 dwellings (Use Class C3), public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, access and associated infrastructure.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development to which the application relates affects groundwater, the local environment (including ancient woodland) and traffic and noise generation.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the planning application
• the plans
• the Environmental Statement
• and other documents submitted with the application at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT, at all reasonable hours until 26th April 2026.
Members of the public may obtain a hard or digital copy of the Environmental Statement from Temple Group Ltd, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DA at a charge of £500.00 plus delivery where applicable.
