I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

12 Beverley Park Whitley Bay Tyne And Wear – APPLICATION NO: 26/00380/FULH
Mr & Mrs Tom & Krishna Lowenstein is applying for planning permission for Single storey side infill extension and raised decking to rear – resubmission of extant permission reference 22/00251/FULH with minor amendment of partially glazed roof. 

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

The Poplars The Green Wallsend – APPLICATION NO: 26/00374/FULH
Mr & Mrs David & Katy Jenkins is applying for planning permission for Replacement of bedroom window with wider double doors and addition of balcony with handrails over existing flat roof. 

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

1 Newcastle Terrace Tynemouth Tyne And Wear – APPLICATION NO: 26/00381/LBC
Orthern Estates And Investment Co Ltd is applying for planning permission for Remedial work to the roof to address water ingress. Remove existing slate roof and reinstate with a new waterproof breather membrane, battens and counter battens. 

Replace damaged slates, lead valley flashings and sarking board where required, re-point and re-haunch chimney stacks, encapsulate sandstone water tables with lead, strip and make good rear mineral felt flat roofs and replace gutter.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The property is a listed building.

Dental Studio The Irvin Buildings Union Quay – APPLICATION NO: 26/00391/LBC
Union Quay Dental is applying for planning permission for Paint the exterior windows of the building and timber door, changing from its current green to a heritage blue.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The property is a listed building.

Sea Scouts Hut Priors Haven Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 26/00419/FULDEM
North Tyneside Council is applying for planning permission for Demolition of existing dilapidated building including foundation.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.  

If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
