NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PART OF AN OPEN SPACE
LAND AT MONTANA PARK SURROUNDING THE FORMER BOXING CLUB/GYM AT BRYN TERRACE LANDORE SWANSEA.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City and County of Swansea being the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space proposes to dispose of the land together with the adjoining property known as the Former Boxing Club/Gym at Bryn Terrace, Landore.
DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND
Land at Montana Park Surrounding the Former Boxing Club/Gym at Bryn Terrace, Landore, Swansea.
A plan of the land proposed to be disposed of is available for inspection in the foyer of the offices of The Council of the City and County of Swansea, Y Storfa, 277-278 Oxford Street, Swansea SA1 3EL during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Head of Property Services, The Council of the City and County of Swansea, Civic Centre,
Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN, under reference "Open Space Disposal" and quoting the reference number RJ/2300701 or made via the Council's website at http://www.swansea.gov.uk/publicnotices by 5pm on 23rd April 2026.
