Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
TWC/2026/0151 – Land north/east of Greenways Farm Shop, Off Church Street, St Georges – Reserved matters application for the erection of 85no. dwellings including access, layout, scale, appearance, landscaping, drainage and open space provision pursuant to outline permission TWC/2024/0612
TWC/2026/0166 & TWC/2026/0168 – 2, 3 & 4 Southside, Church Hill, Ironbridge – Replacement of two rainwater down pipes, hopper and the re-positioning of a third down pipe (Full Planning & Listed Building Applications)
TWC/2026/0169 – Church Farm, Rowton – Conversion of former agricultural barn to dwellinghouse and all associated works, relating to The Byre and in connection with previously approved planning application W92/0166 (Retrospective)
TWC/2026/0179 – Site of Hill Top Farm, Rock Road, Ketley – Erection of 70no dwellings and associated works following the demolition of existing buildings
TWC/2026/0182 & TWC/2026/0183 – Upper Forge, Dale Road, Coalbrookdale – Replacement and reinstatement of 2no. lintels (Full Planning & Listed Building Applications)
TWC/2026/0189 – Unit 5, Hortonwood West, Queensway, Hadley – Erection of a rear extension, installation of 10no. silos, creation of a new site access and creation of new parking spaces

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

and need to be received by 16th April 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
