DEPARTURE FROM DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Proposed developments at Land At Marsh Farm, Feltham Road, Pucklechurch, BS16 9SQ. I give notice that IM Land 1 Limited has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for Outline planning application with all matters reserved except means of site access, for residential development of up to 100no. dwellings (use class C3); sustainable urban drainage systems; public open space and landscaping; and all ancillary and enabling works. (application reference no. P25/02362/O). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force for the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Planning applications may be viewed via the internet at http://developments.southglos.gov.uk/online-applications/ where any comments can be made online, help with viewing application details is available at Kingswood, Yate, Patchway & Thornbury One Stop Shops, free internet access is also available at all South Gloucestershire Libraries.

Written comments (quoting the reference number) may be made to the Director of Environment & Community Services within 21 days of the notice to Strategic Planning, South Gloucestershire Council, Department For Environment And Community Services PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD. Please note that the law requires that any comments received on a planning application are made publicly available.

In the event that an appeal is made against the decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made to the council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
