Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
L0001.26, St Laurence House, Gridiron Place, Upminster.
Listed building consent for internal alterations.
The development relates to a Listed Building.
M0001.26, Footpath Adj to Sixth Form College, Wingletye Lane, Hornchurch.
Prior Approval Application for the removal of 1no existing 8 metre monopole with 3no existing antennas and 3no existing equipment cabinets to be replaced with 1no new 20 metre monopole to accommodate 6no new antennas, 3no new equipment cabinets, 1no new wraparound cabinet and associated ancillary works thereto.
The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

Variation of condition No. 3 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: L0008.19 dated 17/06/2020 to allow for revision of proposed side elevation and omission of works to rear of 219 North Street (Listed Building application for – The conversion of the Barn designation from a dwelling to an office space, plus some internal additional essential upgrades to the properties fronting North Street in 215 to 217b, such as fire stopping, fire alarms etc, as well as retention of a new shop front to 217).

Variation of conditions No. 2 (hours of operation) and No. 3 (events per year) of planning permission ref: P1029.17 dated 04/08/2017 to extend opening hours, increase maximum number of events per year, and allow use to include corporate/business events (Variation of condition 4 attached to planning permission reference: P1004.12 (change of use of part rear garden area for temporary marquee for wedding receptions) to allow an increase in the number of wedding receptions from 20 to 40 per year).
