(Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 The following application(s) accompanied by an Environmental Statement or Addendum, have been submitted to Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB. This and all other plans and documents can be viewed at all times at www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess or at any Leeds City Council One-Stop Shop or Library between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Any comments should be made within 21 days of the date of this notice using the same website or the address shown above. Dated: 20 March 2026 26/00988 Land Off Barnsdale Rd Allerton Bywater Castleford by Barnsdale Solar Park Limited for Variation of Conditions 1 (Approved Plans) and 9 (External Details) of planning permission 23/06630 and the addition of two new conditions to allow for amendments relating to the proposed CCTV arrangement and construction cabin details.
