This and all other plans and documents can be viewed at all times at www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess or at any Leeds City Council One-Stop Shop or Library between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Any comments should be made within 21 days of the date of this notice using the same website or the address shown above.
