NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation:
FUL/000144/26 – Change of Use to single gypsy pitch with static caravan, touring caravan, utility block, 3 timber stables, a tack room and a sand paddock with associated hardstandings and fences at Land at Coast Road, Mostyn. (This development affects a Public Right of Way).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation:
FUL/000136/26 – Change of use from office use to residential at 31C & 31F, High Street, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
FUL/000169/26 – Permanent change of use from agriculture to a dog exercise facility currently temporarily permitted under COU/000903/23 comprising three exercise paddocks with ‘air lock’ gates, ancillary storage building, additional planting and highway access at Land North of Mold Road, Connah’s Quay. (This development affects a Public Right of Way).

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land East of Tata Steel, Deeside Industrial Estate, Sealand give notice that Knauf Insulation Limited is applying to Flintshire County Council for planning permission for Remediation of the land at Deeside Industrial Park to prepare the site for future development, works to include ground remediation, removal of materials/foundations, removal/diversion of utilities, ground improvement techniques, groundworks/earthworks to create a development platform and associated engineering works
The application was made on 11/02/26.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
