ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15

1. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Variation of condition 2 and removal of conditions 3 and 4 imposed on RR/2024/1196/P. Church Cottage, Brede Hill, Brede. RR/2026/0239/RVC.
2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Proposed use of existing Office Building for Holiday Let Accommodation. Baldwins Farm, Mountfield Lane, Mountfield. RR/2026/0275/FULL.
3. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. New PV panels to garage roof. Old Turk, Houghton Lane, Playden. RR/2026/0285/HOU
4. Full refurbishment of public house to include internal reconfiguration, new
dining/community room to first floor, new fire escape door & external staircase, corrugated iron sheet cladding to part of existing structure, changes to fenestration, installation of kitchen extraction/ventilation flue, reconfigured parking layout with enhanced landscaping, and new timber decking. Bell Inn, Main Street, Iden. RR/2026/194/FULL and RR/2026/0195/LBC
5. Demolition of The Garden House and the erection of 70 dwellings with access taken off Main Street, together with the provision of parking, landscaping, open space and associated infrastructure. Main Street – Land off, Peasmarsh. RR/2025/1499/P.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3 and 4 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 4 above.
Amended plans have been received for the proposed development in respect of 5 above.
The proposed development in respect of 5 above affects a public right of way and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
