Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Ref no: PL/2026/0000396/RVC Address: 10 Broadwater Proposal: Variation of condition No. 2 (plans) to allow front porch: imposed on planning permission PL/2025/0001902/HHA granted on 05/02/2026 for Two storey side/front extension, single storey front/side extension, alterations to exterior materials, existing windows and doors Reason: The works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Ref no: PL/2026/0000351/ADV and PL/2026/0000353/LBC Address: County Hall, Bayley Lane Proposal: Installation of signage comprising 3 sets of halo illuminated text on panel, 1 set of non-illuminated sign written text, 1 externally illuminated projection sign, 1 internally illuminated menu, 6 non-illuminated planters with text, all to replace existing Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building, and would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
