I give notice that J W Stratton Ltd, c/o CKA Architectural Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition 2 of WD/2021/0512/F  (APP/C1435/W/22/3303432) (demolition of existing garage/store buildings and removal of mobile home. Proposed 9 no. detached houses, and associated footpath and accesses). To replace approved drawings with revised drawings incorporating a substation adjacent Plot 1 garage, including minor repositioning of Plot 1 garage. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
