(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:
26/00078/FUL
Proposed erection of 10 detached dwellings with associated garages, parking and gardens and 3 First Time Home apartments and associated hard and soft landscaping at Land Off Old Upton Lane Widnes Cheshire.
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER AND APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA AND SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application(s):-
26/00074/FUL
Proposed single storey side extension, balcony to rear, replacement of front porch and render of property. Also, alterations to fenestration including enlargement of rear windows and installation of 2no. first floor side windows, demolition of conservatory, rear shed and rear outhouse at 30 Main Street Runcorn Cheshire WA7 2AN
