The following applications have been received by the Council. 

The  reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area

PL/26/01820/OA Major development & affects setting of LBSefton Park, Bells Hill, Stoke Poges Outline application for demolition of existing buildings and erection of up to 317 dwellings, including affordable housing, public open space, strategic landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system and vehicular access points, main internal road and up to 350m2 of commercial floorspace (Class E/Sui  Generis Use) (matters to be considered at this stage: access, landscaping and scale).

Denham Green Nursery, North Orbital Road, Denham Green Erection of  two new commercial buildings with ancillary office space and associated vehicle parking. 
PL/26/01456/VRC Affects setting of CA
Locksley, London End, Beaconsfield Removal of condition 12 (ancillary garden room) and variation of condition 13 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/25/1299/FA (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of terrace of three dwellings with amended highway access) to allow for omission of proposed garden room, and subsequent amendments to plans. 
PL/26/00695/FA CA
Alveston, Mill Lane, Taplow Erection of replacement two storey dwelling with basement and detached single storey garden studio and replacement detached triple garage, involving demolition of the existing house, detached garage/garden buildings.
PL/26/01275/FA Affects setting of CA 
Owls Hoot, Church Road, Farnham Royal Proposed ground floor rear and 
side extensions, infill extension, rear canopy, partial replacement of 
garage roof, front porch and associated external elevation alterations.
