Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended. Pre-application consultation by Miller Homes Limited, in respect of proposed residential development including formation of accesses, landscaping, open space, drainage, car parking and other supporting infrastructure and development at Land to the south of Vellore Road and east of Manor Wynd, Maddiston, Falkirk.
The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements for the second and final public exhibition event:
A public exhibition will be held on 31 March 2026 between 3pm and 7pm at The Venue at Braes Golf Club, Sunnybrae Terrace, Maddiston Falkirk, FK2 0LS where representatives of the prospective Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals.
Details of the proposed development will also be available to view at
