Milton Keynes MK17 9AH
Take Notice that application is being made by: Elford Homes, Nick Misselke
For planning permission to: Residential development with vehicle access from Ivy Lane and pedestrian access from Cuff Lane. Development to comprise up to 32 dwellings (use class C3), formal and informal open space including a play area, viewpoint/seating area, creation of public rights of way and other associated works and operations including, but not limited to: demolitions, earthworks and engineering operations (including utilities and drainage).
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF
Any owner of the land or tenant who wished to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
