I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Unit 6 Backworth Workshops Backworth Business Park Eccleston Close –
APPLICATION NO: 26/00312/FUL
Mr Andrew Baylis is applying for planning permission for Change of use to operate a small group personal training studio from within Unit 6.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Low Lights Tavern Brewhouse Bank North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 26/00370/LBC
Kickpoint Ltd is applying for planning permission for Construction of a new chimney required as part of the wider Tyne Brand redevelopment (25/01299/FUL). Connection of the existing kitchen flue and log burner flue into a new vertical chimney to be constructed within the footprint of a new building proposed adjacent to The Low Lights Tavern.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The property is a Listed Building
Bay View Bungalow Norma Crescent Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 26/00254/FULH
Mr & Mrs English is applying for planning permission for Proposed glazed porch to the east elevation of the north extension; installation of rooflights to the north extension and central roof; internal alterations including alteration of existing openings between main house and east extension; alterations to terrace design and materials; replacement windows and replacement garage door; alteration to glazing subdivision on east extension; and over cladding of external elevations with white insulated render. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Mr Paul Marshall is applying for planning permission for Existing bathroom/dormer to the front of the property extended.
