Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement

DISCHARGE OR VARIATION OF CONDITIONS

Proposed development at OS Parcel 4347 East of Pipal Cottage, Oxford Road, Kidlington (26/00324/DISC)

I give notice that Bellway Homes (Northern Home Counties) have applied to Cherwell District Council on 5 February 2026 for planning permission for “Discharge of Condition 5 (Phasing Plan) of 23/01233/OUT” and the approved planning permission was accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposal constitutes “major” development.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the application and plans

• the environmental statement

• and other documents submitted with the application

at Cherwell District Council offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application’s progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted. Should you wish to receive updates, please register online using the “Track an Application” option.

Copies of the application and the Environmental Statement have also been sent to the relevant Parish/Town Councils. Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by contacting Savills, 11 West Way, Botley, Oxford, OX2 0QL. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.

26/00459/F – Bicester – Land Adj To Bicester Road And South West Of Avonbury Business Park Howes Lane Bicester – Variation of Condition 26 (provision of EV Charging Points) of 22/02922/F – To amend the wording of this Condition to – Within six months of the Technical Services Building receiving its full power and electrical demand from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, a scheme for the provision of vehicular electric charging points to serve the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The vehicular electric charging points shall be provided in accordance with the approved details, and retained as such thereafter – Thames Valley Police.
