Proposed Development at: Land North of Polehanger Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement (ES) has been submitted to Dacorum Borough Council by Roebuck Land and Planning on behalf of Hallam Land in connection with an outline planning application for the following development: “Outline Planning Application for up to 700 dwellings, a 66-bed Extra-Care facility (Class C2), a Children’s Home (C2), a neighbourhood centre comprising up to 1,000 sqm Class E/ F2 floorspace, two form entry primary school, Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace and associated engineering works with all matters reserved except for access to the site from Berkhamsted Road.”
The outline planning application was originally submitted to Dacorum Borough Council on the 18 July 2025. This application is now accompanied by an Environmental Statement which sets out the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed development.
