What is planned?

Public inquiry to take place on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at 10am at South Staffordshire Council Offices.

An appeal has been made by Mr Steven Sankey, against an enforcement notice that was issued for the following reason:-
Without planning permission, the construction of boundary structures over one metre in height from ground level adjacent to the highway comprising of walls, seventeen pillars and three access gates spanning a total distance of approximately 110 metres from The Stables at the north to The Paddocks at the south, located in the approximate position coloured blue on the Plan attached to the enforcement Notice, without the grant of planning permission.
The site is: Land to the front of the Paddocks, Meadow View & The Stables, Greensforge, Mile Flat, Kingswinford, DY6 0AU.
