NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council intends to dispose of its’ interest in an area of land, particulars of which are set out below, which consists or forms part of an open space.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should submit written representations to Legal Services Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR quoting the reference below no later than the 30 March 2026
A copy of the plan showing the land concerned is available for inspection on request by appointment during normal office hours at City Development Merrion House 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds LS2 8BB quoting reference: PS-NL-1706/NB on any weekday when Council offices are open.
