Proposed development at Land at and in the vicinity of the former Redcar Steel Works Site Redcar (R/2026/0155/ESM)

I give notice that NetZero Teesside Power Ltd & NetZero
North Sea Storage are applying to REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL for Construction of an above and below ground natural gas pipeline, above ground installation, supporting structures and associated infrastructure

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0836/CA: Conversion of first floor flat into 2 flats; new access door; window and external staircase at 145 Westgate, Guisborough

R/2026/0095/LB: LBC for installation of roof hatch at Riftswood House, Victoria Road, Saltburn

R/2026/0135/LB: LBC for the replacement of entrance doors; alterations to windows at Loftus Town Hall, Market Place, Loftus

R/2026/0141/VC: Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission R/2025/0272/CA for the proposed change of use of materials to bay windows from upvc to timber at 14 Fountain Street, Guisborough

R/2026/0149/VC: Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) & 4 (Construction Details) of planning approval R/2025/0738/LB for LBC for rebuilding of damaged bay windows to front of 2 Warrior Terrace, Windsor Road, Saltburn

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0836/CA: Conversion of first floor flat into 2 flats; new access door; window and external staircase at 145 Westgate, Guisborough

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

**R/2026/0042/FF: Change of use of agricultural land to provide holiday accommodation comprising of 2 converted railway carriages & a shepherds hut at Land to West of Springhouse Farm, Hummersea Lane, Loftus.

**R/2026/0067/FF: Demolition of hay store; extension to farm shop at Gripps Farm, Brotton Road, Brotton.
**(The above proposals do not accord with the provisions of the development plans in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relate is situated)

Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
