P26/0143 – The Occupier for Change of use from Offices with loft conversion and new dormers to create 13- bedroom HMO at marlborough House, 11, St James's Road, Dudley, DY1 1JG
P26/0179 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent for replacement of felt roof with new corrugated insulated cladding and glazed roof, removal of modern internal partitions, formation of new internal partitions, formation of two new openings and insertion of glazed roller shutters, replacement of existing windows and doors to match existing,and repointing of brickwork at The Glasshouse College, Wollaston Road, Amblecote, Stourbridge, DY8 4HF.
