What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been made to Trafford Council.

Copies of the application form and plans for the following may be inspected via the Council’s website. 
Any representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, and sent to the undersigned by 2nd April 26.

REGULATION 5
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

For Listed Building Consent sought to repair 2no existing chimney stacks, works to include: erection of scaffolding, cut out sections of decaying, badly weathered bricks, clean back areas ready to receive new brickwork, supply and lay new brickwork tied into existing structure (close match) approximately 30no, rake out all existing pointing, including pargeting to chimney pots, re-point back to original weather pointing and re-dress existing lead flashing to chimney roof junction.

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

In the opinion of the local Planning Authority the following would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

For Planning Permission for: Application to repair 2no existing chimney stacks, works to include: erection of scaffolding, cut out sections of decaying, badly weathered bricks, clean back areas ready to receive new brickwork, supply and lay new brickwork tied into existing structure (close match) approximately 30no, rake out all existing pointing, including pargeting to chimney pots, re-point back to original weather pointing and re-dress existing lead flashing to chimney roof junction.
