1. Proposed conversion of former chapel to single residential dwelling including replacement of existing single storey rear extensions. Timber boarded outer facing to rear extensions constructed off of shared boundary wall with adjacent listed building at no 11 Military Road. Renewal of extant Listed Building Consent RR/2023/87/L covering related works. Bethel Church, 13 Military Road, Rye. RR/2026/0227/LBC
2. Re-open doorways to ground and first floor, erect partition to bathroom to
revert the layout to a single dwelling . 12 West Street, Rye. RR/2026/0160/LBC

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 and 2 above.
