East Sussex Act 1981 Section 8(2) and Public
Health Acts (Amendment) Act 1890 Section 44
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rother District Council, under the provisions of the above Acts, intend to close the following areas of public open space.
From Brockley Road to the boundary of the Bowls Greens, at the Polegrove Recreation Ground in Bexhill on Sea on the following dates:
Monday 25 May 2026 - Bexhill Horse Show
19, 24 & 26 July 2026 – Bexhill Carnival
Monday 31 August 2026 – Bexhill 100
A copy of this Notice with a map showing the area of the ground to be closed may be examined, and any further information may also be obtained from the Customer Help Point, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, TN39 3JX during normal business hours.
