18 Beacon Hill Maldon - Replacement of existing flat roof with pitched roof and installation of composite cladding boards to front single storey projection. Replacement of timber cladding to composite cladding on first floor front and partial ground floor side elevation. Ref No: 26/00056/HOUSE

Home Fields Steeple Road Latchingdon - Single storey rear/side infill extension. Single storey link extension to host dwelling and garage. Ref No: 26/00097/HOUSE

Office 2 And 5 The Kings Head Centre 38 High Street Maldon - Change of use of Unit 5 from Class E to Class C3 to form a one-bedroom studio apartment at first-floor level. Ref No: 26/00061/FUL

Elms Barn Maldon Road Ulting - Erection of Greenhouse. Ref No: 26/00092/HOUSE

Land At 12 And 13 Granville Terrace Burnham-On-Crouch - Alterations to two listed dwellings so that they form one dwelling by opening of internal ground floor wall. Ref No: 26/00103/LBC

Baytree House High Street Bradwell-on-sea - Internal Alterations, removing existing staircase and walls, and creating an enlarged entrance hall, with new stairs to current standards, and a first floor ensuite toilet to serve both bedrooms. Ref No: 26/00124/LBC
