CA/26/00316: Coleridge House, Canterbury Christchurch University College, North Holmes Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1QU Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including repairs to flint and mixed masonry wall which forms the eastern boundary of the Canterbury Christ Church University site. CA/26/00308: 90 Sydenham Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1HL Single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Mr D Lowes Reason: Conservation area.

CA/26/00273: Herne Bay Court, 163 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5TD Erection of 22 dwellings together with associated access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure. Applicant: Mr J P Singleton Reason: Major development/conservation area.

CA/26/00334: 11 Lincoln Avenue, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3YD TPO 12/1975 G1 – Two conifers and one yew tree – Fell located in rear garden. Applicant: Mr Richard Cooke Reason: Conservation area.

CA/26/00325: 79 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DZ Two-storey and single-storey rear extension, single storey detached garage following the demolition of existing garage, conversion of the second garage to guest accommodation, replacement of the existing swimming pool with a greenhouse together with replacing the existing close boarded fence on front boundary, with a brick plinth and black metal railings above, brick piers and a black metal gate and reinstated brick wall with black metal railings above on the West side boundary and replacing the existing gravel drive with a new permeable paving drive.
