Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
TWC/2026/0096 – Site of Ridgeways, Hem Lane, Halesfield – Variation of condition 22 (Deposited plans) to planning permission TWC/2023/0058 (31no. dwellings, garages, landscaping and means of access) to allow for revised house types and layout changes
TWC/2026/0109 – Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, Coach Road, Coalbrookdale – Replacement of defective clay tile roof coverings over the link offices (Part-Retrospective)
TWC/2026/0116 – Charlton Flats, Plough Road, Wellington – Replacement of 72no. windows
TWC/2026/0117 – 7A Market Square, Wellington – Replacement of 8no. windows
TWC/2026/0135 & TWC/2026/0136 – Thistlegate, 28 Field Aston Lane, Field Aston, Newport – Erection of a detached garage (Full Planning and Listed Building Application)
TWC/2026/0142 – 48A Walker Street, Wellington – Change of use from Office (Use Class B1) to a mixed use of 1no flat (Use Class C3 - Residential) and Barbers (Use Class E - Commercial, Business and Service) with installation of a shop front and new pedestrian access
TWC/2026/0143 – 3 Crown View, Hodge Bower, Ironbridge – Erection of an outbuilding

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

planning.control@telford.gov.uk

and need to be received by 02/04/2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
