Consultation Public Event

Bellway Homes Limited (Scotland East) give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the proposed development as follows:

Land To The North West Of Parkneuk And North Of Carnock Road, Dunfermline (Swallowdrum)

Residential development, including roads, access, parking, landscaping and associated development (Planning Permission in Principle).

Further information on the proposed development will be available at a public exhibition being held as follows:

14:00 - 19:00 on 16th March 2026 at: Baldridgeburn Community Centre, Dunfermline, KY12 9EH.

Comments and feedback relating to the second consultation event should be submitted by 30th March 2026.

Please note, comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to Fife Council Planning. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Fife Council Planning during the statutory notification period.
