g) Display of 1 no. illuminated totem sign to front at Howarth Timber and Building Supplies Limited Station Road Cottingham HU16 4LL (Ref: 26/00367/PAD)

h) Installation of drainage pipes and extraction grills to North and East elevations and installation of replacement windows and doors (revised scheme of 24/02229/PLF) at Mires Farmhouse The Mires North Newbald YO43 4SE (Ref: 25/03566/PLF)

Proposals (c,d,e,f,g,h) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 
1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,c,d,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (b) is a major development.
