Take notice that application is being made by: Ashton Property Partnership Ltd For planning permission to: Co-living scheme (Sui Generis) comprising 36 units (incl. ensuite and kitchenettes), shared communal kitchen/dining facilities, communal social space and gym, a publicly accessible cafe and launderette (Use Class E) and 4 self contained flats
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Planning Department, PO Box 304, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 0GA
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
