Change of use of the first and second floors from offices (Use Class E) to residential use (Use Class C3), to provide 3 x self-contained flats, with associated internal alterations and a new window.
The development is in a: Conservation Area.
P0154.26, 7 Ockendon Road, North Ockendon, Upminster.
First floor rear extension.
The application is in: the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
