The following applications are being considered by the Council.

Applicant: Mr Mark Thompson
Proposal: Replace Existing Timber Outbuilding with a Brick Built Outbuilding and Covered Area with Solar Panels Installed on the Roof.
Location: Field House, Bawtry Road, Blyth
Reference No: 26/00033/HSE
Reason for Advert: The application site is within the setting of a listed building. The proposed development, if permitted, could affect the setting of the listed building.

Any person who wishes to comment about any application described above should do so: via Public Access, by emailing

planning@bassetlaw.gov.uk

or in writing to the Head of Planning and Place. To guarantee that they will be considered by the Council, comments must be received no later than 27 March 2026. All comments made on planning applications will be made available for public inspection and copying.
In addition, if there is an appeal against the Council's decision, copies of all comments received will be sent to the Planning Inspectorate and to the applicant.
