What is planned?

AG BARR HV WORKS

Cogeo Planning and Environmental Services Ltd is working with E.ON Business
Solutions on a planning application for High Voltage (HV) works at AG Barr.
The Planning Application involves the installation of HV electrical infrastructure that
will provide the capacity and resilience for future needs at the factory.

Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

For the proposed development at AG Barr, Crossley Drive, Magna Park, Milton
Keynes, MK17 8FL; the applicant does not know the names and addresses of all
the owners of the land to which the application relates.
I give notice that E.ON Business Solutions is applying to Milton Keynes Council
for planning permission for HV works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this
application should write by Thursday 26th March to Milton Keynes Council at:
Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ

Statement of Owners’ rights
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose
of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement
or in a lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect
agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
