Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:

Application No: 26/00135/HHA
Location: 65 The Meadows Ingrave Essex CM13 3RW
Proposal: Proposed extension to existing front and rear dormer, Single storey first floor rear extension with juliette balcony and roof light, alteration to exiting ground floor rear extension roof from pitched to flat to include roof light, alterations to external materials and fenestration.
