What is planned?

PUBLIC NOTICE

Major category development proposal seeking planning permission in principle for the demolition of all existing buildings and the proposed erection of a residential-led (Class 9/Sui-Generis) mixed-used development and other associated works and infrastructure including car parking, servicing, access arrangements and landscaping on land at Scottish Water, Main Building, 55 Buckstone Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 6XH.

A drop-in public consultation event will take place at Fairmilehead Parish Church, 1a Frogston Road West, Edinburgh, EH10 7AA between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday 11th March 2026. Comments can be submitted at the in-person event, via post at the address above, or via email to the Agent no later than 7 days following the event.
Please note that all comments must be sent to the above address and are not representations to City of Edinburgh Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal application is made.
